Before you enrol
Is this a diagnosis or treatment?
No. The course is educational. It can help you understand ADHD and prepare for conversations with your GP or a specialist, but it cannot diagnose you or replace professional care. In the UK, only an appropriately qualified specialist can diagnose ADHD.
Do I need a diagnosis to take the course?
No. It is written for adults with a diagnosis, people who think they may have ADHD, parents and carers, partners, teachers and managers.
How is the course delivered?
Online, in short interactive lessons — reading, illustrations, knowledge checks, worksheets and reflection exercises — with transcripts and accessible design. You can learn on your phone, tablet or computer, at your own pace.
How long will it take?
The draft curriculum has 12 modules and around 50 hours of learning in total (estimated). Lessons are broken into short segments with natural pause points, so you can do a little at a time.
What if it isn’t right for me?
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Just email us — no awkward questions.
Is it based on UK guidance?
Yes. Where we talk about assessment, treatment, education or work, we refer to sources such as the NHS, NICE guideline NG87, the Royal College of Psychiatrists, GOV.UK and Acas, and link to them so you can check for yourself.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes — a certificate of completion when you finish. It is not a professional or clinical qualification and does not qualify anyone to diagnose or treat ADHD.
Is there a subscription?
No. It is a single payment of £49.99.
Ready to begin?
One payment of £49.99, a 30-day refund, and the full course at your own pace.
